Help! My order is lost/hasn’t been delivered? Although Australia Post quote us 2-8 business days for standard delivery if you include regional and international, they may not always be able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date. If your order isn’t delivered within 20 days, please contact us and we can launch an investigation with Australia Post. *Please note: The investigation outcome timeline can vary from courier to courier. Love it for my dog. Great for after a wash or to wear outdide when its raining. She loves it. Super soft and good quality material. I did have to lesdage them a few times as my order took longer to arrive than expected. Very happy .

Outstanding Products and Service

Our 15 year old poodle "Lilli" has recently become incontinent. We tried using disposable diapers. She hated them. I searched the net and found Dry Paws.
The Doggy Diapers are an absolute life saver. No more stepping in puddles. They are a breeze to put on (she actually stands still when we put them on her) and she acts like she's not wearing anything. We recently went through TC Alfred and we don't know what we would have done with her if we didn't have the diapers. I'm telling everyone I know who has a dog about them. They are that good.

House saver!

We have tried several other products for my girl when she is in season and she pulls, rips, and hates them. These have been so comfortable for her she’s not phased by then and just comes up and stands to take them on and off when she goes outside to the toilet or to change them. They are absorbent and very cute designs.
